Summary

This is a front-line position within the company handling numerous customers daily. This position coordinates the front desk at Quality Quick Print. The role includes working with others in the company to provide the highest level of customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help to reach company’s customer service, profit, sales, and growth goals.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers in person, by email and/or on the telephone.
• Assist customers and take orders for all services offered.
• Make sure all products and services have been paid for or billed
• Perform routine office cleaning and housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, and maintaining clean workspaces and common areas.
• Handle inventory display to maximize product movement.
• Unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently, verify incoming shipments for accuracy, and transport materials to the appropriate storage or production areas.
• Work in a team environment with other employees to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
• Follow department operational policies and procedures.
• Identify customer’s needs and direct them to the appropriate departments staff.
• Perform all other duties assigned and those that may be necessary to achieve company and departmental goals.

Education and/or Experience

Associate’s degree; or 1 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
