Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic Med-Surg unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, manage a diverse caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatment as needed Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care Follow all clinical standards, safety, and quality protocols Requirements Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or ASN) Active RN license - North Carolina BLS certification (AHA or ARC) Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $33.00 - $54.00 per hour Shift Differentials Evening: +$3.30/hr Night: +$6.00/hr Weekend: +$10.00/hr Holiday: +50% of base rate Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
