Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits-such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus-may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

Greet and seat guests utilizing established guest service guidelines
Answer phone and coordinate reservations, special guest requests, and messages
Respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
Answer guest questions in regards to menu items, pricing, specials and promotional events
Assist servers and bussers when needed

Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm
Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members, and leaders
Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
