As a part-time caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

• Personal Care

  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

  • Helping with mobility (walking, transfers, using wheelchairs)

  • Supporting feeding or meal assistance if needed

  Household & Daily Living Tasks

  • Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition

  • Cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment

  • Grocery shopping and running errands

  • Emotional & Social Support

    • Providing companionship and conversation

    • Encouraging social interaction and activities

    • Offering emotional reassurance and reducing isolation
