Pay Rate: $23.46 - $31.38 / hour.Duties:Perform and document predictive and preventative maintenance on packaging line machines and ancillary equipment according to a set schedule.Support problem solving, resolution of machine issues and reliability improvementsMaintain machine standards of operation in accordance with baseline hardware and software installation / measurements / equipment standard setup manual.Execute corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance procedures to ensure a high level of machine utilization (OEE) and low scrap levelAssist with continuous improvement of equipment / process safety, and reliability programPerform rebuilds and verification testing of worn spare parts and equipment.Assist in the spare parts cycle count and the inventory organization as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of the Maintenance shopEnsure the health and safety of personnel and care of the property, equipment, and product under their control.Assist with Technician II duties when required.Partner with other technicians on shift and cross shifts to continually complete objectivesPerform other duties and tasks as assigned.Position Requirements:Technical School certificate or equivalent experienceMust be flexible to work all shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to continuously learn and apply new methods and techniquesAbility to read, understand, and interpret blueprints, schematics and equipment documentation.Ability to lift 50lbs and walk/stand for long periodsProven punctuality and attendance recordSuccessful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screenKey Supporting Competencies:Learning on the flyPeer relationshipsPriority SettingCommand SkillsRequirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.
