Landscape Account Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts valued at approximately $500,000–$800,000 annually. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, retaining existing business, and identifying opportunities to sell $500,000+ in landscape enhancements and additional services .

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands the landscape industry, enjoys working directly with clients, and has a proven ability to identify and close additional sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with commercial and/or residential landscape clients.
• Oversee a $500,000–$800,000 portfolio of existing business.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular client visits and identify opportunities for enhancements and additional services.
• Generate and close $500,000+ in enhancement sales annually .
• Prepare proposals, present recommendations, and follow up with clients to close opportunities.
• Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate account information, opportunities, and sales activity in Aspire .
• Address client concerns and coordinate solutions to maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, sales, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Strong communication, organization, and sales skills.
• Experience using Aspire or similar landscape management software.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancements, and/or construction services.
• Valid driver’s license.
