Home care experience is desired. License: Active state OTA license required. Certifications: Not specified. Must-Have: - Ability to effectively communicate and create positive impressions with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers. - Knowledgeable in therapy best practices. - Ability to make appropriate occupational therapy judgments. - Ability to identify situations and handle them with the best possible solution. - Detail-oriented and observant. - Disciplined work ethic with the ability to prioritize and be timely. - Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with your name listed as a driver. Description: This position is for a COTA in Home Health. The shift is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There is no on-call requirement. The role involves working in designated counties. Candidates should have experience interacting with diverse patient populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
