- Responsible for the overall management of park infrastructure operations, team management, internal and external communication and coordination, and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Lead the team to handle emergency responses to infrastructure-related faults within the data center.
- Oversee the standardization and implementation of the park's operations management system, ensuring the updating and optimization of EOP, SOP, and other standardized documents.
- Manage overall operational cost control and energy efficiency optimization for the park.
- Provide technical direction for the operations management platform and guide ongoing optimization.
- Participate in strategy and goal setting, and make strategic decisions related to operations management.
