- Livable Pay: $21.00 – $30.00/hr (Trainees $19.00/hr for first 2 weeks).
- Performance Pay: Commission splits and bonuses are available.

- Weekly Payouts: Wages + tips paid every Friday.

Our #2 Priority is to provide a stellar cleaning service for our clients. We believe this only happens when you are satisfied in your work.
As a Cleaner, you will:
- Elevate Residential Spaces: Follow detailed checklists to dust, vacuum, and scrub kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces for our regular weekly/monthly families.
- Master Move-Outs: Perform heavy-duty deep cleans for homeowners and apartment complexes to ensure a fresh start for new tenants.
- Execute VRBO/Airbnb Turnovers: Handle "hotel-style" turnovers... washing/drying linens, changing beds, disinfecting all surfaces, and restocking supplies with an extremely detailed eye.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of residential cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift 25–35 lbs
- Ability to work Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (32–35 hrs/week).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
