HR Manager: Union Relations & People Leader

Klein Tools seeks a Manager Human Resources to lead labor relations, payroll, onboarding, benefits, and safety programs at our Elk Grove Village facility. The role partners with leaders to build an engaging, compliant workplace and drive business results. The position requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field with at least five years of HR generalist/management experience, preferably in manufacturing or unionized settings.
