Marathon Staffing finds jobs for over 10,000 people a year! Many of our employees came from retail, office administration, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, reception, and cashier positions before starting careers in manufacturing and operations.

If you are organized, dependable, and enjoy working with people and supporting a team, we will train you.
Experience is not needed. Our role combines hands-on production support with operational and team-based responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Support production and operations teams
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and product preparation
- Help track production paperwork and inventory
- Coordinate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain organized work areas and materials
- Assist with quality checks and operational support tasks
Experience in office administration, receptionist work, retail, cashiering, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, scheduling, data entry, shipping, stocking, or warehouse work is helpful — but not required.
