Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an agent who thrives on building their own book of business through networking, referrals, and community relationships — not just working a call list. You'll receive a supplemental stream of inbound leads to support your pipeline, but your long-term earning potential will come from the relationships and network you build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively build a personal network of referral sources — realtors, mortgage lenders, auto dealers, financial advisors, and community contacts — to generate self-sourced leads
• Attend local networking events, chamber of commerce meetings, and community functions to build brand presence and generate business
• Convert a supplemental stream of 75–100+ inbound leads per month provided by the agency
• Build rapport quickly with prospects to establish trust and uncover insurance needs
• Educate clients on various property and casualty insurance products
• Recommend appropriate coverage and close sales
• Cultivate long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referral sources, and policy details in CRM
• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy reviews to strengthen retention and referral generation

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a high lead volume
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and quoting tools
• Goal-oriented and driven by performance-based compensation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary + generous commission structure
• Salary plus bonuses equaling $70,000 to $105,000+ annually
