Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual video therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health needs and enhance overall well-being. \n
- Facilitate open dialogue with clients, encouraging them to explore their emotions and life experiences to foster greater self-understanding. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans by assessing clients' mental health status and using evidence-based approaches to guide therapy. \n
- Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Act as an advocate for clients, helping them establish meaningful therapeutic goals and a roadmap to achieving them. \n
- Engage in regular professional development to stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health research. \n
In this role, you will work primarily with stable adults facing low-acuity mental health challenges. The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and seek support for issues such as stress management, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and grief. Your compassionate approach and expertise will empower them to develop coping strategies, improve their emotional health, and enhance their quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. \n
- A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential is essential. \n
- No limited or provisional license; candidates should maintain a clean professional record without disciplinary actions. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy, with the ability to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism. \n
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms to effectively conduct therapy sessions. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in therapy or counseling roles is desirable. \n
- Experience using a solution-focused approach in therapeutic practice. \n
- Familiarity with specific client populations or therapeutic techniques relevant to your expertise. \n
We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
