Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17/hr

Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm

What's a typical day as Production Associate? You'll be:

• Refurbishing, cleaning, repairing, and preparing shipping containers for outbound shipment (including kitting, conditioned pack-out, banding, and wrapping pallets).
• Following and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate records using both manual and electronic inventory management systems.
• Supporting warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, and staging materials.
• Rotating across departments, cross-training, and helping onboard new associates.
• Keeping workspaces clean and organized, and promptly reporting maintenance issues.
• Completing required training and equipment certifications (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support team goals.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of warehouse layout and safe material handling.
• Possess strong attention to detail and can accurately enter data.
• Are willing to obtain forklift certification.
• Can follow written instructions and standard procedures precisely.
• Are flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting tasks.
• Have previous experience in an ISO-regulated work environment.
• Can interact effectively and respectfully with colleagues at all levels.
• Are able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Meet the physical requirements: frequent standing, walking, and use of hands/fingers; occasional climbing, kneeling, and ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs.
