Role Overview  

We are seeking a versatile, high-impact Marketing Manager to scale our bovine reproduction
services nationwide. As the lead marketer on an in-house team, you will handle both high-level strategy and hands-on creative execution. This hybrid role requires a unique mix of livestock industry knowledge, fundamental graphic design, and basic website management. You will be responsible for launching national campaigns and updating digital touchpoints quickly without relying heavily on external agencies. 

Work Structure & Location  

• Format: Hybrid (combination of remote work and in-office collaboration) 

• Office Location: Marion, SD 

• Travel: Up to 25% national travel for livestock shows and trade shows 

Key Responsibilities  

• Website Management & Design:
  Maintain, update, and optimize the company website, including designing high-converting landing pages, updating product information, and tracking user analytics. 

• In-House Graphic Design: Design high-converting digital ad creatives, social media graphics, print flyers, and trade show banners. 

• Social Media: Manage content creation, posting, engagement and post-campaign diagnostics across all social media platforms. 

• Producer Education: Author press releases, media alerts
  and design clear educational content,
  translating complex reproductive science into easy-to-understand messages. 

• Seasonal Marketing: Align national ad spending with spring/fall breeding seasons and livestock shows. 

• Trade Show Strategy: Coordinate and design the visual footprint for major national cattlemen’s conventions and stock shows. 

• Sales Enablement: Build visual marketing kits and product brochures for the sales team and satellites. 

Key Skills and Qualifications  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equal industry experience in the field of ag communication/marketing  

• Livestock Industry Background: 3+ years of experience in the livestock industry 

• Web & Graphic Design Skills:
  Proficiency with web design platforms and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) to independently update web pages and produce professional marketing assets. 

• Budget Experience: Proven success managing multi-channel advertising budgets on a regional or national scale. 

• Small-Team Resourcefulness: Ability to write copy, manage platform pixels, and direct creative assets independently. 

• Hybrid Discipline: Excellent self-management and communication skills to thrive in a split remote/office environment.
