Program Coordinator

Job Description Overview: AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Water Resources Team. This is an entry‑level position based in Tampa, FL. Your Role Work with Project Managers on project financials and PM documents. Support project financials including budgeting, fee estimation, forecasting, KPI reporting, systems management, contract compliance, scheduling, document controls, change order management, risk management, and billing/invoicing/accounts payable coordination. Collaborate on PEPMs, proposals, and Power BI dashboards. Ensure completeness and accuracy of inputs to project forecast, reviews, financial reports, change log, risk log, schedule, fee estimates, and KPIs. Oversee accounting functions, coordinate with clients, subconsultants, administrators, and leadership. Read and interpret contracts, RFPs, and develop approaches for finance and operational performance. Monitor contract compliance and report to senior staff. Prepare financial reports, cash flow analyses, budgets, and track work orders. Manage client billings, resolve disputes, and adjust records. Develop and maintain project schedules and risk logs; facilitate risk reviews. Provide assistance and support to supervisors and administrators as needed. About You Experience: No experience required. Education: Must have a BA in Finance. Special Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional Registrations: None.
