Role Description The Executive Assistant at Angelina Italian Bakery is a part-time, on-site role based in Manhattan, NY. Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and document organization.
- Experience providing Executive Support, such as managing priorities, preparing meeting materials, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile Expense Reports with attention to detail and basic comfort with spreadsheets or accounting tools.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with leadership, staff, vendors, and partners.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to work on site in Manhattan, NY during agreed-upon part-time hours.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office software (email, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets); familiarity with collaboration tools is a plus.
- Prior experience supporting executives, small business owners, or hospitality/food service operations is preferred but not required.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused mindset.
