Senior Implementation Consultant, Automated Underwriting/Closing

Overview Job Purpose The Consultant for ICE Mortgage Technology’s Data & Document Automation solution participates through the full project lifecycle by understanding client business and technical requirements, developing solutions, configuring, and testing. The Consultant is the day-to-day resource that works with customer resources to deliver and/or consult on the overall solution. Responsibilities Perform delivery activities such as analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, post implementation supportand issue resolution. Provide knowledge around ICE product features and functions and make necessary best practice recommendations. Interact with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs. Facilitate sessions and drive consensus on approach and best practice solutions for ICE products. Lead projects to completion. Conduct testing and training with client users. Work closely with the client’s project team, project team members, and internal resources such as product management, engineering, and technical support. Knowledge and Experience 3+ years of experience in consulting Mortgage Industry operational and/or mortgage underwriting experience is a plus Knowledge of loan origination solutions Must have excellent communication and writing skills Excellent at understanding the problem before solving Manage time and deadlines Work in a cross-team collaboration model Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
