Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current state licensure or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
• Solid understanding of educational assessments, data interpretation, and IEP development
• Effective communication and consultation skills with students, teachers, and parents
• Familiarity with a variety of counseling and intervention techniques
• Previous experience within a school environment is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Provide direct counseling services and interventions to students as needed
• Help identify and address learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges
• Contribute to crisis intervention and prevention efforts
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of services
