Inventory Specialist/Inventory Clerk

Job Summary: The Inventory Specialist will play a key role in the inventory program, overseeing processes and procedures for managing large-volume, small-part inventory. The ideal candidate should be adept at organizing extensive data and extracting key information. A mindset focused on continuous improvement is essential. You will track all inventory used by contractors for WIFI cable installation, including materials such as splitters, construction materials, vaults, and markers, on contractor sites—not in client warehouses. The sites may include small warehouses with a few dock doors. Requirements: Verify stock information and unit identification numbers. Inventory and audit equipment and parts. Unpackage, sort, and stage units for production. Maintain accurate inventory records. Perform cycle counts and audits as per company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Responsibilities: Prioritize workflow efficiently. Work independently with minimal supervision. Exhibit excellent organizational and analytical skills. Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms. Lift up to 50 pounds. Stand and work outdoors for extended periods. Maintain schedule flexibility.
