Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, scheduled based on facility needs

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and fall prevention strategies
- Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Current and active Physical Therapist license in Georgia (or license eligible)
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
- Previous inpatient rehabilitation or hospital-based experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply - mentorship available
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and functional mobility training
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Time management and documentation skills
