Quality Manager

Quality ManagerThe Quality Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the plant's quality function, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, customer requirements, and internal quality systems. This role is responsible for elevating quality performance through process improvement, system development, and strong cross-functional collaboration.You will lead and develop the site's quality team while partnering closely with operations, production, and customers to drive plant-wide quality performance. This position requires a proactive leader who can operate with a high level of ownership, influence, and accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll DoLead plant-level quality operations and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standardsTake ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvementServe as the primary point of contact for customer quality requirements and expectationsLead customer qualification processes including APQP, PPAP, and FAI activitiesManage non-conformance processes including NCR, CAR, and SCARDrive root cause analysis and corrective action implementationLead and develop the site's quality team including quality engineering and inspection resourcesPartner with operations and production teams to improve process capability and product qualityDevelop and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and control plansOversee internal and external audits and maintain ISO certification statusEvaluate and manage supplier quality performance and qualification processesSupport new product introduction and ensure manufacturability and quality readiness What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environmentExperience working with OEM customers and customer quality requirementsStrong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and standardsExperience with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA processesPrevious experience managing and developing quality personnelHands-on experience in production environments including machining, fabrication, or assemblyStrong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actionAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence plant operationsBachelor's degree in a technical discipline required
