10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates to drive regional dry van routes east of I-35. This entry-level Regional Class A Truck Driver position is designed for new drivers who have completed truck driving training and want steady, 100% no-touch freight assignments on a predictable regional schedule.
Pay and Home Time
- Annual compensation of $73,000 to $86,000
- Home time of two days every other week
- Regional routes east of I-35 with consistent miles
- 100% no-touch dry van freight
Equipment
- Late-model Freightliner tractors
- Automatic transmission
- Fully equipped, well-maintained trucks
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to schedule
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and promptly report defects or maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation
- Communicate promptly and professionally with dispatch and follow customer delivery instructions
- Represent 10-4 Logistics USA professionally at customer sites and on the road
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers
- Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and enroll in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, as required by federal regulations
- No prior professional driving experience required
