The facility offers specialized services including a Level 1 Trauma Center, Level 3 Regional Intensive Care Nursery, and High-risk Obstetrical Care. It provides a wide range of specialties including bariatrics, brain and spine, cancer care, cardiology, critical care, diabetes care, general surgery, GI and digestive health, imaging, interventional radiology, orthopedics, palliative care, rehabilitation services, surgical services, trauma services, and women's health.

Candidates are required to complete and clear screenings before starting. The position will include on-call requirements during weekends and designated nights. The career opportunity comes with a commitment to maintain high standards of patient care. Team collaboration and effective communication are essential for success in this role. All candidates must provide evidence of experience as it relates to the specific role requirements. The job includes responsibilities associated with assisting in surgical procedures, preparing instruments, and ensuring a sterile environment. Flexibility to float to the main operating room may be required when no cardiothoracic cases are scheduled. The role entails working with diverse patient populations, excluding pediatric open hearts, focusing on adults and geriatric patients. Dress code includes blue scrubs, which will be provided.
