Job Title: Warehouse Stager Location: St. Cloud, MN Compensation: $17.00 per hour – paid weekly Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Stager workers for a leading automotive parts supplier in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll support outbound warehouse operations by staging parts, preparing pallets, and helping ensure accurate and on‑time deliveries. Responsibilities Scan stock and special‑order parts from one tote to another while ensuring totes do not exceed 50 pounds. Create and verify accurate pallet and tote labels for each order. Sort, scan, and stage non‑convey items to the correct pallet. Assist with loading trucks, ensuring all ordered items are on the correct truck. Clean and organize the staging area, including garbage, cardboard, pallets, and properly stacked totes. Work closely with other warehouse team members to efficiently fill and stage orders. Qualifications Basic verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations. Ability to occasionally bend, squat, stoop, and kneel with or without reasonable accommodations. No prior warehouse experience required – entry‑level candidates welcome.
