The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.## Benefits* **\*Up to $50/HR For The Most Skilled Technicians*** **10 Paid Vacation Days & 8 Paid Holidays*** **Closed Every Weekend To Spend Time With Family & Friends*** **Employer-paid Financial Wellness Program and App, SmartDollar & EveryDollar*** **Toolbox Relocation Assistance*** **Healthcare Benefits Available*** **Matching Retirement Plans*** **Real-time Automotive Technical Support from our TAC Team of Industry Leading Technicians*** **Technician Training Paths To Assist With Career Development*** **Locally Owned and Operated*** **On-Going Training & Career Advancement*** **Employee Point Store Access - Redeem Your Training Points For Awesome Swag & Rewards*** **Continuous Training Available Through The CBA Flywheel Learning System**## Hiring Locations1455 W Grand Pkwy S, Katy, TX 77494## Responsibilities* Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest* Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles* Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections* Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively* Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization* Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns* Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest* 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic* ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve* Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles* Meet or exceed hourly goals* Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes* Professional appearance and strong communication* A desire for long-term career development## Physical Requirements* Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds* Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head* Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair* Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools* Walk/stand for the majority of their workday* Drive manual transmissions vehicles* Efficiently navigate a computer## Additional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
