Location: Williamsport, Pennsylvania

Shifts Available: Day, Evening, and Nights

7:00 am to 3:00 pm (2 Openings)

3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (1 Openings)

11:00 pm to 7:00 am (2 Openings)

Weekend LPN either Day or Evenings or Evenings and Nights 16 hours

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center urgently needs compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) RIGHT NOW to strengthen our clinical team and deliver exceptional, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care per physician orders and personalized resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and precisely

• Monitor resident health closely; report any changes promptly to RNs or physicians

• Document all care and services accurately in the electronic medical record

• Support seamless admissions, discharges, transfers, and care transitions

• Supervise and direct CNAs in daily resident support activities

• Maintain rigorous compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

• Foster effective, compassionate communication with residents, families, and the healthcare team

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania (required)

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred (new graduates and returning professionals are encouraged to apply!)

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational abilities

• Ability to work autonomously while excelling in a collaborative team

• Strong dedication to resident-focused, high-quality care

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available now

• Day (7am to 3pm) , Evening (3pm to 11pm) , and (11pm to 7am ) night shifts open

• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required to meet resident needs
