ShopMy seeks a Senior Manager, People Operations to build the data backbone and systems powering our People function as we scale. You’ll own HR data, analytics, and the service model, enabling faster, better-informed decisions across teams. You’ll report to the VP, People Experience & Operations, partnering with core People team members.
