Angela Fox - State Farm Agency in Mulvane, KS is looking for an experienced, licensed insurance professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Account Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys selling, building customer relationships, and growing a book of business. You'll work with both new and existing customers, identify coverage opportunities, generate new business, and help clients find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

• $24–$28/hour base pay + commission
• Potential total compensation of $50,000–$75,000+, based on sales performance

What You'll Do

• Generate and close new personal and commercial insurance business
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Property, Casualty, Life, and Health products
• Proactively prospect through phone calls, referrals, and other lead-generation activities
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
• Help retain and grow existing accounts
• Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the agency's CRM
• Develop new Financial Service opportunities with both existing and new clients
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and fellow team members

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Active Life & Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
• Insurance sales or account management experience preferred
• Experience with State Farm or a similar insurance agency is a plus
• Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products
• Proven ability to generate and close new business
• Experience with cross-selling and account development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively following up with prospects
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using CRM and sales technology
• B2B sales or outside sales experience is a plus
