Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon

Southeast Tertiary Referral Center

Position Highlights :

Desirable Practice:
- 4-day schedule with protected admin day
- Primarily hip and knee practice with flexibility to incorporate sports medicine or shoulder/elbow based on interests
Tertiary Referral Hub and Academic Medical Center:
- Multi-specialty department including orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, physiatrists
- Strong referral network
Favorable Call Schedule:
- Residents take first call, no trauma call required
- Call opt out option for providers 55+ years of age
Light Academic Requirements:
- 10% teaching of medical students, residents and fellows
- No research required
- Easily attainable rank promotion standards
Leadership Available:
- Various leadership opportunities available based on interests

Compensation & Benefits :

$700K to $750K proven earnings with n o cap on RVUs
Generous Retirement Package: $35K annual contribution
