Programmer Analyst

Programmer AnalystApex Systems client uses the latest application and database technologies and is constantly researching new developments in the industry. We persistently improve existing systems and integrate these technologies into the vision of one single IT solution -- connecting Apex client’s corporate web site, sales & marketing operations, financial systems, and many other worldwide departments.As a Programmer Analyst you will contribute daily to the success of several critical business areas of the company by developing and implementing software applications for use globally and through coordinating with business end-users to solve problems. Within the Sales, Services, and Support IT group, the primary technology platforms are SalesForce.com and Oracle e-Business Suite.Responsibilities:Serve as part of a highly skilled team, providing technical and business solutions to extend and enhance our corporate business applicationsTake part in the planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and operations of our corporate business applications, including participation in all systems life cycle and project management activitiesAnalyze, identify, research, and recommend technology and business solutions to meet business requirements and IT system standardsWork collaboratively with global application development teams located in the US and EuropeThe ideal candidate is a team player with the following qualifications:· Up to 4 years of application or software development experienceProven experience in the following technologiesObject Oriented Programming KnowledgeSalesforce.com in a plusWeb Application Development Experience (Java, C#, Javascript, PHP, or other)Database Knowledge (Oracle SQL, PLSQL, MS SQL Server, or other)· Advanced English Language Competency and effective communication skillsCan clearly and concisely communicate in English (verbal and written) so that persons you work with can understand you clearly, particularly in technical conversations· Experience working software development using Agile (srum framework) methodologies
