This September, all Project Managers will attend a multi-day Project Management Training Forum designed to strengthen collaboration, share best practices, and support continued career growth. We are seeking a Project Manager with strong commercial HVAC experience and a proven track record managing projects valued at $500,000 or more. In this role, you'll lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring exceptional execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Experience with building automation or controls systems is a plus, but not required. Pay Range: $90,000-110,000+, negotiable based on experience In addition to base salary, all locations include your choice of a company vehicle with gas card or a $700/month vehicle allowance with gas card. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of building automation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Track budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation. Ensure project compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and contractors. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and company leadership. Physical Requirements Ability to travel to customer jobsites throughout the Tampa Bay area. Ability to walk active construction sites and access mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other work areas. Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work in both office and construction site environments. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems. Experience managing projects exceeding $500K. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office. Experience with building automation or controls systems (e.g., DDC, BAS, Niagara, Tridium) is a plus, but not required. Experience as an MEP Project Manager in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing construction will be considered highly transferable. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Equivalent experience and/or relevant certifications will also be considered. Why Work at Brooks Building Solutions?
