Your Specific Responsibilities:
Installing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting multiple computer systems for use by end-users, including hardware, software, and communications components of the distributed systems.
Monitors servers with appropriate software
Analyze and resolve hardware, software and telecommunications issues using diagnostic software and/or technical trouble shooting processes.
Maintains all current inventory for FDOH-Nassau, including annual sanitizing and disposal of distributed processing hardware and software.
Communicates on a regular basis with users to assess hardware and software functionality and determines computer resource needs
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Knowledge of Security systems
Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Ability to troubleshoot various systems (eg. Phone lines, computer, peripheral devises) and make recommended fixes.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
IT Help Desk experience
Ability to troubleshoot computer devices and peripherals
Knowledge of Windows operating system.
Customer Service Skills
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred:
CompTIA A+ Certificate
Knowledge of Network Configurations
Ability to monitor and maintain asset inventory
Building Security Applications experience
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
Ability to process information and solve problems.
