We are currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals for multiple manufacturing opportunities with a growing local company. Openings include inventory support, leak-check operations, and cleanroom valve assembly. We have day shift and second shift available. One inventory opening is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately three to four months while covering an employee leave.

Leak Check Tech I Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Assemble components according to precise customer and quality specifications.
• Load parts into specialized equipment and perform testing procedures to identify possible leaks.
• Perform valve and component assembly in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Use hand tools, small power tools, hoists, and specialized equipment.
• Complete inventory-related tasks and accurately maintain material or product information.
• Perform scheduled cleaning to maintain required cleanroom standards. Follow all company safety, quality, PPE, and conduct requirements.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.

Leak Check Tech I Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, inventory, or related experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and frequently perform repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to occasionally bend, reach, walk, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness and ability to wear all required PPE, including full cleanroom PPE when assigned.
• Ability to work overtime when production needs require it.
