HELLA, a FORVIA company, is a global automotive supplier specializing in innovative lighting systems, electronics, and lifecycle solutions. The Peachtree City location serves as a key hub for North American operations, supporting both production and corporate functions.

As a Junior Controller, you will support financial controlling activities for U.S. operations, with a strong focus on plant controlling, cost tracking, and business performance analysis. You will work closely with local management and operational teams while aligning with global HELLA finance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports according to US GAAP and HELLA reporting standards
• Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning
• Analyze variances (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide actionable insights
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance
• Help identify and track cost improvement and efficiency initiatives

Business partnering includes:

• Working closely with operations, supply chain, purchasing, and engineering teams
• Providing financial insights to support decision-making at plant level
• Participating in local and regional projects

Reporting and systems responsibilities include:

• Using SAP (CO/FI modules) and reporting tools to extract and analyze financial data
• Developing and maintaining Excel-based reports and dashboards
• Working with Data Warehouse for monthly financials, forecasts, and budgets
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate guidelines
• Supporting internal reviews and external audits
• Contributing to improving financial processes and reporting quality

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
• 2 – 3 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with US GAAP is a strong plus
