Duties: Summarizes monthly audit reports; Mock codes, Nursing Assignments, Hand Hygiene, 1:1, Q15, Close Observation, Constant Observations, and documentation of findings related to Full Body Restraints, Handcuff and Shackles and 2pt restraints . Identifiers etc....of various units. Analyzes documentation and writes monthly reports for Nursing BH Dept., Risk Management and Quality Management.
