Typical daily responsibilities may include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing one-on-one and small-group therapy, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and documenting all services in an EMR in a timely and accurate manner. Your caseload may include pediatric, adult, or geriatric patients with conditions such as developmental delays, neurologic disorders, post-stroke deficits, voice disorders, fluency disorders, or cognitive-communication challenges. You will also provide education to patients, families, and caregivers to support carryover of strategies at home and in the community.The work environment emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and high-quality, patient-centered care. You can expect to partner closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, social workers, and educators to create coordinated care plans that address the whole person. Required Qualifications

Speech/Language Pathologist, School SLP-IN References: 1 Reference in entire work history Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field State SLP License in Indiana Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Communication Disorder Certification

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members. Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
