Clinical Care Coordinator (Scheduler)

Responsibilities Schedule, cancel, and reschedule all treatment patients. Ensure that patient records are updated and managed efficiently. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to set up appointments. Manage and prioritize appointment requests based on urgency and availability. Communicate with patients regarding their appointment details, changes, and cancellations. Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding patient information. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience (preferred). High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred). Medical office experience highly desired. Patient scheduling experience highly desired. Bilingual in Spanish highly desired. Location and Compensation Location: cCARE Murrieta, 28078 Baxter Road, Suite140, Murrieta, CA92563.
