Leasing Consultant Job Location: Delray Beach, FL 33483 | Position Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $19.00 - $20.00 hourly. Olen Living, a family‑owned real estate company with a history spanning 50 years, is looking for a motivated, full‑time Leasing Consultant for its multi‑family apartment community. The role requires a self‑starter with 2–3 years of residential leasing experience who can drive occupancy, support resident retention, and thrive in an energetic team environment. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and amenities. Utilize resident, prospect, and revenue‑management software for leasing activities such as inquiries, appointments, follow‑ups, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals. Maintain a closing ratio aligned with community goals. Process rental applications promptly for review and final approval by the Property Manager. Oversee the overall move‑in program and ensure accountability. Assist in initiating and closing out service requests. Conduct market surveys of comparable properties. Support outreach marketing activities. Help plan, schedule, and participate in resident functions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required. Must be well versed in all Fair Housing laws. Proficient with Office 365, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Experience with property‑management software is a plus; willingness and capability to learn new software. Strong customer‑service, communication, and sales skills. Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation. Must be able to work weekends. Benefits 401(k) Plan with company matching contributions.
