A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Reports to the Technology Infrastructure & Operations (TIO) Portfolio Manager. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, responsible for managing specific efforts within the project portfolio and supporting one or more functional and/or cross-functional teams. Provides direct project management of IT and non-IT projects supporting strategic initiatives and regulatory requirements. Delivers a cross-functional change management role that requires interaction with management and key stakeholders across Technology and other impacted lines-of-business (LOB). At the project level, coordinates across the LOB delivery teams, technology and data management teams, Enterprise Information Security (EIS), the Technology Delivery Office (TDO) and Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).Responsibilities:Develop project plans with stakeholder leaders, identifying key milestones and deliverables.Schedules and facilitate stakeholder meetings, coordinating project plans and gaining consensus.Prepares reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by LOB stakeholders, the TDO and the EPMO. Produces and distributes status reporting on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensures projects are on time.Conducts project deep-dive meetings with the TDO Program Manager to escalate risk/issues timely.Monitors project spending versus budget. Develops accurate project spending forecasts each month.Produces project documentation within the required timeframes in accordance with the standards and governance requirements of the IT Project Delivery (ITPD) Methodology, Agile, Project Spend and Governance Committee, and TDO guidelines.Work with IT teams to coordinate testing, escalate issues, and assist where necessary to ensure a successful go live.Coordinates the analysis of business and technical problems including making recommendations to management to help identify methods, procedures, and technologies that enhance recommended solutions and project execution.Requirements:A BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experienceExperience in Banking dealing with operations and technology change management, preferably in FinanceRequires direct experience in business analysis and project leadership and management skills, preferably as a project manager or consultantExperience leading and managing projects from start to finish, including specific experience in tight timeline, and/or crisis environmentsExperience managing projects within both agile and waterfall environments.Must possess strong leadership skills and be very proactive in approachAbility to work independentlyAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently and successfullyAbility to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels, and be viewed as a team player.Ability to lead through influence and garner support from across regional teams.Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues and ideas and communicate effectively within all levels of the organization within and outside of FinancePMP and CSM certifications preferredAdditional Qualifications:Advanced PowerPoint and strong Excel skillsAbility to organize and conduct effective meetings appropriate for the topic, and facilitate resolution of differing viewsJira, Confluence, Copilot and Power BI experience, a plusSpanish, Portuguese language skills, a plus· Visa sponsorship/support is based on business needs. We do not anticipate providing visa sponsorship/support for this position.The typical base pay range for this role is as follows:New York / New Jersey: $102k-189kNon–New York / New Jersey: $102k-160kdepending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
