We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Lead to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end project delivery. You will be responsible for planning, execution, resource coordination, and ensuring that all project goals are met on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. In addition, you will lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Lead to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end project delivery. You will be responsible for planning, execution, resource coordination, and ensuring that all project goals are met on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. In addition, you will lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence. Responsibilities Project Management Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Create detailed project plans and track progress against milestones. Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams. Team Leadership Lead and manage a team of project managers. Provide coaching, performance reviews, and development plans. Facilitate daily stand-ups, team meetings, and 1:1s. Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Allocate resources effectively based on project needs and priorities. Process and Quality Implement and refine project management best practices and tools. Ensure project documentation, reports, and communications are up to standard. Monitor KPIs and team performance to ensure consistent delivery quality. Requirements 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Hands-on experience with project management tools. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
