Scope of Role
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across Torch's marketplace and new AI products
- Lead and mentor a team of four marketers
- Drive demand generation, customer acquisition and brand awareness
- Own marketing KPIs, budget allocation and ROI
- Partner closely with Sales, Product and Executive Leadership
- Launch and scale multiple AI-powered products over the coming years

- Multi-channel GTM (Paid, ABM, Partnerships, Events, Lifecycle, Content)
- Austin, TX
- Hybrid (4 days/week in Austin office)
