Noah Ivy Magician is a close-up magic and mentalism act in Dallas–Fort Worth. We perform at corporate events, weddings and private parties.

The show is creative. This job is not. This job is numbers. We want a marketer who tracks every dollar from click to booked show. They should know our cost per lead off the top of their head and use AI every day to move faster than a whole agency.

What you’ll do

Paid media

• Run Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns built to book shows.
• Own the structure, keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets and creative testing.
• Cut spend that doesn’t produce bookings. Scale spend that does.

Data, tracking and attribution

• Build and maintain full tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and call/form tracking.
• Connect every lead to its source. That means attribution: knowing which ad, keyword or post brought in each lead and each booking.
• Track the numbers that matter: cost per lead, cost per booking, lead-to-booking rate and return on ad spend.
• Build a simple dashboard showing spend, leads, bookings and cost per booking. Keep it accurate.

AI and automation

• Use AI tools like Claude every day for analysis, keyword research, ad copy, reporting and spotting trends.
• Automate repeat tasks like lead follow-up, reporting and data cleanup.

People and projects

• Manage freelancers and contractors [video editors, designers, assistants] . That means giving clear briefs, setting deadlines and checking the work.
• Help find and screen new freelancers as we grow.
• Keep marketing projects on track and on schedule.

What you need

• Proven paid ads results. You’ve managed real budgets on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, and you can show the numbers.
• Strong with data. You’re comfortable in spreadsheets, GA4 and ad platform reports. You can explain why a number moved.
• Technical skills. You can set up tracking, fix broken tags and connect tools together.
• Daily AI user. You already use Claude, ChatGPT or similar tools at work, and you can describe how.
• Organized leader. You’ve directed other people’s work, whether freelancers, interns or teammates, and gotten it done well.

• Zapier, Make or n8n automation
• Looker Studio or other dashboard tools
• Lead-gen or local service business experience (events, weddings, home services)
