StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Monday-Friday 8-5 Pay Rate: $500000.00 - $650000.00

A respected, physician-led oncology group in Hilton Head, SC, is seeking a qualified Hematology & Oncology physician to join its growing outpatient team. This is a 100% ambulatory role with a strong existing patient base, top-tier facilities, and a focus on quality, community-based cancer care.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only | No hospital or inpatient rounding
• Balanced hematology and oncology mix
• Average 18–20 patients per day with MA and nursing support
• Modern infusion centers, on-site labs, imaging, and radiation oncology
• Minimal call (1:7 rotation, phone only)
• Opportunity to participate in research
• Potential leadership opportunity available with an annual stipend

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $500K–$650K (DOE) | Annual potential: $700K–$800K+
• Sign-on / relocation bonus: Up to $25K
• 5 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays
• $5K CME stipend
