NOW HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

Are you organized, people-focused, and ready to grow your career in Human Resources? Timbrook Automotive is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team and help support the people who keep our automotive and powersports dealerships moving forward!

You’ll play an important role in supporting our employees, managers, and Human Resources operations, including:

• Recruiting & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, candidate communication, new hire paperwork, onboarding, and required employment documentation.

• Employee Support: Serve as a helpful point of contact for general HR questions, employee requests, and workplace needs.

• HR Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate personnel files, update employee information, and help ensure required documentation is complete and organized.

• Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits-related questions, enrollment documentation, and employee benefit changes.

• Payroll & Timekeeping Support: Help maintain employee data, assist with timekeeping and attendance questions, and support PTO administration.

• Reporting & Organization: Prepare spreadsheets, maintain HR reports, track documentation, and help keep important information up to date.

• Training & Communication: Assist with employee announcements, training coordination, HR forms, and company initiatives.

• Teamwork & Confidentiality: Support daily HR operations while handling sensitive employee and company information with professionalism and discretion.

Experience that will help you succeed:

• Previous HR, recruiting, payroll, or administrative experience is preferred.

• Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

• A willingness to learn and grow is essential.
