Job Description

Busy Commercial Real Estate owner and Broker, looking for daily, part-time help. It should be in-person several days per week. Ideal would be in-between school drop-off and pick up. Given that statement, there would also be the flexibility required for those unexpected emergencies............

There will be light property management, letter writing, and Purchase/lease form prep and editing. Basically, anything legal that requires less of my time to delegate than to execute.

A Real Estate license, active or not, paralegal, etc. would be helpful, as would basic website development.

Wages commensurate with capabilities and previous experience, together with periodic bonuses..
