• 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM Monday through Thursday
• 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM Friday

Job Summary: Our client in Voorhees is seeking reliable and compassionate Medical Assistants to join their pediatric clinic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for young patients and their parents. You will handle a mix of clinical tasks, such as rooming patients and taking vitals, alongside essential front-desk administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Warmly greet and room pediatric patients
• Clinical Duties: Measure and record vital signs accurately, including height, weight, and temperature.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently to maintain clinic flow.
• Communications: Answer incoming phone calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Administrative Support: Perform insurance eligibility verification and update electronic health records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have at least one year Medical Assistant experience: No Medical Assistant Certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor suitable for children and parents.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle both clinical rooming and front-desk administrative tasks.
• High attention to detail when verifying health insurance eligibility.
• Previous experience in a medical office, pediatric setting, or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
