Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in architecture concepts along with 5+ years of applied experience.
• We need hands-on experience across system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We expect advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and deep expertise in software architecture, applications, and technical processes within at least one technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
• We look for demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in architecture and engineering workflows, with strong validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity.
• We need the ability to assess and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise-grade architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability standards.
• We expect the ability to solve design and functionality issues independently with minimal oversight.
• We look for the ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies and recommend the best options for future-state architecture.
• We need strong judgment and communication skills to influence technical direction across teams.

• We represent a product family in technical governance forums and suggest improvements to architecture governance practices.
• We provide technical guidance and direction to support the business, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• We use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in our environment to speed up architecture analysis and decision-making across the product family, with human review and careful handling of sensitive data.
• We lead evaluations of current and emerging technologies using established standards and frameworks, and we influence peers and decision-makers to adopt leading-edge solutions where suitable.
• We drive decisions that shape product design, application behavior, and technical operations and processes.
• We develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
• We serve as a function-wide subject matter expert and contribute to the engineering community as an advocate for firmwide software development lifecycle frameworks and practices.
• We establish reuse-first, AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across software development lifecycle and toolchain practices, ensuring traceability, auditability, resiliency, and security controls.
