A Day in the Life

We areseekinga committed professional tojoinour team. While this is a remote position notlocatedat a physical Medtronic site the candidate hired will berequiredtoresidewithin the territory anddrive tomultiple accounts throughout the region. A valid drivers license is essential for this role.

Various levels available based on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities may include thefollowingand other duties may be assigned.

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.

• Educate and train physicians hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.

• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.

• Understand and support nationalregionaland territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.

• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.

• Work in partnership with Account Manager RegionalManagerand Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.

• Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer trainingformapping and other CA Solutions products.

• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.

• Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products service and support.

• Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role please ensure these minimum requirements are evident on your resume.

• High school diploma PLUS a minimum of6years ofrelatedwork experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

OR

• Associate degree PLUS a minimum of4years ofrelatedwork experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

OR

• Bachelors degree plus a minimum of2years ofrelatedwork experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing cardiovascular life sciences or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field hospital/ clinic or sales.

• Proven track record with technical training assignments.

• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field EP lab in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support.

Additional Job Requirements

• Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation

• Are to be within their assigned territory each day to be available as unscheduled needs arise

• Will on occasion be to travel outside of their assigned territory and possibility overnight

• Must be able to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.

• Must have a valid drivers license

• Ability to freely move throughout the facility use a phone keyboard and mouse visually able to interact with personal computers

• Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day

Must have a valid drivers license and active vehicle insurance policy. In addition your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$120000.00 - $125000.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

In addition to Base Salary this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
