Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting during night shift hours
• Manage a patient assignment of 7–9 patients per shift
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for medical-surgical patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient rehabilitation and recovery goals
• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment throughout the shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Arizona
• Experience in a medical-surgical nursing setting
• Ability to manage a patient load of 7–9 patients in an inpatient rehabilitation environment
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility
• Familiarity with rehabilitation-focused care plans and interdisciplinary team collaboration
